Returns and Exchanges

We, at EOJ, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

  • We offer exchanges or credit within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We do not provide refunds.
  • Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).
  • All returns and exchanges require approval and will be inspected within a 5 day period. If our team deems the product is worn, we will not process a credit
  • We do not refund for the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error.
  • Store credits may be used towards purchases on our website or a customized design and are valid for three months.
  • If your made-to-order item is still in production, and you have not yet received it, we are happy to credit 50% of the order for a credit.
  • Engraved or embossed products, custom, and personalised products (including initials, lettering, birthstones and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • Any variation in size, colour or customisation that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is FINAL SALE.
  • Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
  • If you need to cancel an order we need to be contacted within 24 hours.  Once the order is placed with our workshop we are unable to do so.

EOJ reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.
